With Gregor we met at Roza slon. There were also Sergej and his friend. After few drinks in Sir Williams pub we moved to Špajza for dinner at Gornji trg 28 (reservations: 01 425 30 94; opening hours 12h-23h). I didn’t visit this place for quite some times now. Last was visit to Sorbara their previous second location. They are known as mediteranian restaurant and are specialized for meat. We sat in garden, nice atmospher, a bit cramed up.

So we started with Kras Prosciutto and beef tartar. We had Movia red wine with it.

Main dish was different for each of us. I picked lamb shank. Meat was tender on potatoe puree. I enjoyed it but others didn’t like the lamb aroma.

špajza - kobe beefšpajza – kobe beef

We finished with some juicy Kobe beef and Williams shnaps. Bill for all was around 670€. Very expensive but worth a visit on occasion.
