Primizia is restaurant in small istrian village Brtonigla. I stopped there on return from quick visit to Barbariga.
I called Andreja for sugestion and she said Primizia is choice for quick meal. I was there to early so I walked around village and had one drink before I could order.
I sat in front even they have nice space inside and terrace in back. Here I had view on square and I could listen to locals combining croatian and italian language while speaking.
I ordered roll with boškarin (local cattle) and baked potatoes. It was warm so I drunk cedevita and bottle of sparkling water. Meat was tender and mild taste. Not many potatoes I got, but they broughtr also some homemade bread. Before leaving I took bresaola pizza home. With tip I paid 45€.
On way home some traffic and heavy rain.
