SINGAPORE – Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas has officially returned to Singapore, marking the start of an exciting season of cruises to Southeast Asia’s most popular destinations. Running from now through March 2026, this world-class cruise ship will offer families, couples, and solo travelers a variety of memorable itineraries, ranging from relaxing weekend escapes to immersive, multi-day journeys. Guests can explore vibrant ports such as Penang, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, and more, all while enjoying Ovation of the Seas’ renowned amenities—including exhilarating onboard activities, luxurious spas, Broadway-style entertainment, and an array of gourmet dining options. With something for every type of traveler, this season promises unforgettable experiences and convenient departures from Singapore’s Marina Bay Cruise Centre.

Adventurers may soar in RipCord by iFLY, the first skydiving simulator at sea, or enjoy sweeping vistas from North Star, an all-glass capsule that rises over 90 metres above the ocean. Indoors, SeaPlex—the largest activity space at sea—features bumper cars, roller skating, arcade games, and a sports court. Entertainment continues with live music and spectacular performances at Two70, where cutting-edge shows blend aerial acrobatics, robotics, and stunning visual projections.
With an impressive array of 17 unique dining options, travellers aboard the Ovation have the opportunity to embark on a culinary journey sampling flavours from every corner of the globe. Guests can savour authentic Italian cuisine at Jamie’s Italian by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, enjoying handmade pastas, rustic pizzas, and decadent desserts. For those craving Japanese fare, Izumi offers a menu filled with freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki specialties. Wonderland invites adventurous diners to experience imaginative and whimsical gastronomy, where each dish is designed to surprise and delight the senses. Steak enthusiasts can head to Chops Grille, a classic American steakhouse renowned for its hand-cut, premium aged beef and succulent seafood. The Solarium Bistro serves up Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a sunlit, tranquil setting, offering a healthy selection of grilled meats, fresh salads, and flavorful vegetarian options. Meanwhile, the iconic Windjammer Café features a casual, buffet-style atmosphere with an ever-changing international menu, perfect for families and guests of all ages. This cruise season, Ovation of the Seas offers an enticing selection of itineraries departing from Singapore. Travellers can choose from quick 3- to 5-night escapes, perfect for a short holiday or a long weekend, as well as more immersive 8-night journeys. Destinations include the vibrant streets and culinary delights of Penang, Malaysia; the sun-soaked beaches and lively markets of Phuket, Thailand; and the lush landscapes and cultural treasures of Bali, Indonesia. Each voyage is carefully curated to provide a mix of relaxing sea days and exciting port adventures, with opportunities for guided shore excursions, cultural experiences, and outdoor activities at every stop.
- Short 3- to 4-night getaways make it easy for travellers to recharge while exploring nearby favourites such as Penang where guests can wander through George Town’s colourful street art and heritage architecture, while sampling local street food and browsing bustling markets. In Phuket, guests can unwind on golden beaches by day and experience lively night markets after dark.
- For those seeking a little more time away, the 5-night Penang & Phuket Overnight journey combines the highlights of both destinations. Guests can enjoy authentic hawker fare, explore cultural landmarks, and take part in island-hopping excursions for immersive experiences.
- Guests can embark on a longer 8-night Bali Adventure, spending two full days in Celukan Bawang and Benoa in Bali.
